1No Refunds on Purchases
All purchases made on temphonenumber are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of our service — the temporary rental of virtual phone numbers — we do not offer refunds for:
- Incorrect selections by the user
- Failure to complete verification on a third-party platform
- Change of mind or unused rentals
- Issues caused by user error
2Automatic Store Credit for Non-Functional Numbers
Our system automatically issues store credit if an eligible phone number does not receive any SMS during the rental period. This is handled automatically without requiring manual intervention.
When Store Credit Is Not Issued:
- If at least one SMS is received, store credit will not be issued, regardless of whether the code was useful to you.
- If the flagging period has expired (for LTR rentals), the refund window is closed.
Abuse Prevention:
Attempts to abuse this policy (e.g., repeated false flagging) may result in account suspension, IP ban, or disqualification from receiving store credit.
3Payment Methods & Reversals
We accept payments via:
- Cryptocurrency: BTC, LTC, USDT, DOGE
- Other platforms: Stripe, Payoneer
Because cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible on the blockchain, refunds are not possible through those channels.
4Abuse of Refund Requests
Repeated, false, or abusive refund/store credit requests may result in:
- Suspension or termination of your account
- Blocking of your IP address
- Permanent ban from our platform
